Delivery Policy

WB Equiline Delivery Changes

UK Mainland
We aim to deliver any UK Mainland orders for in stock items as soon as possible, usually 2-3 days for in stock items. Next day delivery orders need to be placed by 1:30pm. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery of out of stock items, 1-2 weeks for some KEP Hats and 6 to 8 weeks for De Niro Boots. If there is a delay on products, you will be notified via email with expected delivery time.

We use a combination of delivery couriers comprising of Parcelforce and Royal Mail to delivery your order. All delivery methods are tracked and signed for, all tracking information will be emailed upon dispatch of your order. Postage costs can be found when placing your order.

UK Offshore and Northern European Countries
We aim to deliver any UK Offshore and Northern European Countired orders for in stock items as soon as possible, usually 3-4 days for in stock items. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery of out of stock items, 1-2 weeks for some KEP Hats and 6 to 8 weeks for De Niro Boots. If there is a delay on products, you will be notified via email with expected delivery time. Postage costs can be found when placing your order.

All Other Overseas Countries
WB Equiline is able to deliver to all countries; however the postage prices and timescales will vary dependent on location and the size of the order. Delivery to majority of countries can be arranged via the website.

Please note that we are not responsible for any overseas orders that may be subject to customs duty charges when entering delivery country as we do not have control over these.

Returns Policy

WB Equiline Returns Policy
We hope you that will be pleased with your purchases from WB Equiline Ltd. However, should you wish to return or exchange any products, the product must be returned within 14 days. We will refund or exchange the product provided if it is in fully resaleable condition. In the event that any goods are missing or damaged on arrival, please inform us within 2 working days. If you wish to return an item, you must make your own arrangements and you will be responsible for all expenses. All customised products and special orders are non refundable. Returns policy for WB Equiline Ltd is as follows:

  • Customers may return an item within 14 days for a full refund or exchange providing that the goods are in a re merchantable condition, in the original packaging and with original labels still attached where applicable. However, this does not apply to sale/reduced products, all our boot lines or KEP Hat products.
  • Full priced products ordered with a discount code can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days. For sale products we can only offer an exchange.
  • All returned packages must include a completed WB Equiline Ltd returns form, which can be requested via email.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods to WB Equiline Ltd via post with proof of delivery and fully tracked. Return postage for goods that are correct as per the original order and are not faulty or damaged are returned at the customer’s expense. Overseas returns will be liable for any customs charges for their return.
  • WB Equiline Ltd reserves the right to refuse returns or make a partial refund at our discretion if items are not returned and received in an entirely re merchantable condition.
  • In the event of a faulty item, return postage will be refunded. If you wish to return an item after 14 working days, you must seek authorisation by telephone or email.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the goods arriving at WB Equiline. You will be reimbursed via the original payment method.
  • Purchases made at shows on our trade stand are non returnable

De Niro & Tucci Boot Disclaimer

WB Equiline Boot Disclaimer
All boot measurements undertaken by the customer are deemed to be correct and are assumed that the measuring guide displayed on our website has been used. Any boots requiring adjustment after the point of commencement of manufacture will be subject to an alteration fee. The fee charged by De Niro Boots Ltd is £100+ VAT for order adjustments. Additionally a De Niro stretching fee can be arranged at a cost of £50+ VAT for some boot ranges.

All Boots and trainers are non refundable unless faulty. All De Niro and Tucci products purchased are non exchangeable due to being tailor made to order. In stock boots can be returned for an exchange.
